Kronstadt is probably one of the best kitesurfing spots in Russia. This spot has up to 6 predominant winds from North, South-East, South, South-West, West and North-West.

You can get the most out of this location if you travel from May to September when the winds are ideal for kitesurfing. During high season, this location can get crowded.

Water might be a bit choppy at times. Practising your first waterstarts under these conditions might not be the best and most effective way of progressing, making things much more challenging for you. Get in touch with your local school to know whether these conditions might be suitable to you.
